Corrections.
When we get something wrong, we publish the correction on the original page and log it here.
Found something wrong? Tell us and we will fix it. Here is how, and here is what happens next. Last updated: August 3, 2026.
Report an error
Email corrections@cannabestreviews.com.
Include the page URL and what specifically is wrong. If you can point us at the correct information, especially an official source, that speeds things up considerably.
Who can report
Anyone. You do not need to represent the business in question. If you are a dispensary or brand owner and your listing is wrong, you are the best possible source and we will prioritize it.
What we correct
- Factual errors in names, addresses, hours, phone numbers, websites, license numbers, or coordinates.
- Closures and openings. If a store has closed or moved, tell us. Menu data lags reality, and this is where we most need help.
- Entity errors. Two listings for one store, one listing for two stores, a brand's products attributed to the wrong brand, a name spelled the way a data feed spelled it rather than the way the business spells it.
- Pricing and availability errors that are not simply staleness. Our menu data carries a verification date; if something was accurate when we observed it and has since changed, that is normal operation rather than an error. If it was wrong when we published it, that is a correction.
- Missing disclosures. If a page features a business with a commercial relationship to our owner and does not say so, that is a serious defect. Report it and we will treat it as urgent.
What we do not remove
We correct errors. We do not remove accurate information because someone would prefer it were not published. That includes factual details about a business, its licensing, or its listed prices. If the information is right, it stays.
What happens after you report
We verify against an authoritative source rather than simply accepting either your account or our own data. For dispensary details that usually means the business's own site or a state licensing record. For menu data it means re-checking our ingestion.
If we were wrong, we fix it. Substantive corrections, meaning ones that change the meaning of something we published rather than fixing a typo, get a dated note on the page. We do not silently overwrite and pretend the error never happened.
If we were not wrong, we will tell you what we found and why we are leaving it.
Our response commitment
We aim to acknowledge reports within three business days and to resolve verifiable factual errors within ten. Missing disclosures and reports of closed stores are treated as urgent and handled ahead of the queue.
Systemic errors
If a report reveals a problem affecting many pages rather than one, we fix the underlying cause rather than the single page, and we note it here when the fix is material.
